Each year we utilize 2–3 enthusiastic and responsible teens (ages 16–19) to join our Teen Mentor Program to help lead the YoungStars Workshop!

As a Teen Mentor, you'll play a vital role in guiding young performers, assisting the director, artists, and helping create a supportive, fun, and creative learning environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

• Build leadership and communication skills

• Gain hands-on experience in youth mentorship and performing arts education

• Strengthen your confidence, creativity, and teamwork abilities

• Earn volunteer hours and a valuable reference for college or future jobs
